For agencies, brands & IP owners

THE IDEA IS BIG. LET’S MAKE IT REAL.

A campaign can become a collectible. A character can become a product line. An audience can become a community of collectors.

We help agencies, entertainment studios, artists and brands turn that opportunity into a clear plan and a physical product. Bring us an established property, a new character or the beginning of an idea.

Bigshot brings more than two decades of design and boutique manufacturing experience. Problem connects that craft to the brand, the audience and the launch, with a team built around the brief.

What we can make

YOUR WORLD. IN A NEW FORM.

From a single statement piece to a collectible series, the format should serve the idea. These projects from Bigshot’s portfolio show the range.

Small figures. Big worlds.

Build a collection with room to grow. Mini figures, blind boxes, character series and exclusive variants create new ways for fans to discover a world and make part of it their own.

Beyond the expected

IF IT CAN BE IMAGINED, LET’S EXPLORE IT.

The brief doesn’t have to end at a toy.

Plush characters. Sculptural homeware. Branded objects. Wood and metal editions. Inflatables and larger physical experiences. We shape the format around what the brand wants to express and how people will encounter it.

For projects that connect physical and digital worlds, Problem can extend the idea through interactive experiences, digital storytelling and tools that bring fans closer to the work.

From brief to launch

GOOD IDEAS DESERVE TO GET MADE.

Creative ambition and production know-how belong in the same conversation. We connect the decisions at each stage so the finished object delivers on the original idea.

From approved design to the details of production.

01

Define the opportunity.

Start with the audience, the IP, the intended use and the commercial brief. Align the ambition, scope and production path before design begins.

02

Find the form.

Develop concepts, sketches and renderings that translate the idea into a compelling physical product. Refine the character, silhouette and details together.

03

Engineer the details.

Build 3D models with production in mind: parts, materials, articulation, accessories and any light or sound features the brief calls for.

04

Make it tangible.

Review prototypes, samples and paint masters. Resolve the feel, finish and color before manufacturing, with approved references for production and launch imagery.

05

Bring it into production.

Coordinate manufacturing, quality control and logistics around the agreed specifications. Keep the creative intent connected to the details of delivery.

06

Give it a life in culture.

Build the story around the object. Problem connects creative direction, packaging, campaign content and partnerships to introduce the product to the people it was made for.
