Problem / Privacy
Privacy, in plain language.
This notice describes how Problem Media LLC handles information submitted through the public Problem.tv website, including Contact and Problem Intelligence intake forms.
Problem Tools and Problem Management provide additional product-specific notices.
Effective September 4, 2026
What you provide
We process the details you choose to submit, such as your name, email address, company, project context, website or deck link, and engagement preferences. Standard request and network information is also used to protect the forms from abuse.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to inquiries, send confirmations, evaluate potential work, prepare an engagement checkout when requested, maintain delivery and payment records, and protect the service.
Where it is handled
Vercel hosts the site and private intake storage. Resend handles inquiry email. Stripe hosts payment checkout. Paid intake records may also be archived through Problem’s configured Google Drive workflow. These providers process information needed to perform those services.
The public site also uses Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to understand aggregate use and performance.
Payment card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout, not in Problem’s inquiry forms. Problem’s checkout endpoint uses an existing intake reference rather than asking the browser to retain your email address for checkout continuity.
Storage and retention
Inquiry information can exist in private submission storage, business email, paid checkout records, and paid engagement archives. Records are reviewed under Problem’s internal retention process, taking account of active work, delivery and payment status, disputes, contracts, legal obligations, and provider settings.
For paid-intake checkout continuity, the browser may retain an opaque submission reference for the current tab session. It does not retain the submitted email address or message for that purpose.
Questions and requests
Email privacy@problem.tv with a privacy question or request. We may need to verify your identity and the record involved before acting on a request.
