No Tools account
Problem Tools does not require an account to browse previews or view, copy and download source. The public Tools surface does not collect signup email addresses, run Google sign-in or create Tools account sessions.
Source packages and catalog content are served from the deployed application rather than a user profile or per-user database.
Information involved
Hosting and security providers may process limited request, device and network information in ordinary operational logs. The shared Problem.tv site also uses Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to understand aggregate use and performance.
Saved library choices and interface preferences may be stored locally in your browser. Clearing site data removes those local values.
Service provider
Vercel hosts Problem.tv and processes the operational, analytics and performance data needed to deliver it. Problem Tools does not use Resend, Google OAuth, Vercel Blob or a Management database for its public catalog paths.
We do not sell personal information or use cross-site advertising trackers on Problem Tools.
Security and retention
We use encrypted transport, security headers, origin controls and hosting protections. Operational records are retained under the applicable provider settings and only as long as reasonably needed for delivery, security and troubleshooting.
No online service can guarantee absolute security. Do not include secrets or personal data when experimenting with downloadable source.
Your choices
You can block non-essential browser storage, clear local site data or use browser privacy controls. Depending on where you live, local law may provide additional rights over provider log or analytics data associated with you.
Privacy requests can be sent to privacy@problem.tv.
Changes
We may update this notice as the public Tools architecture changes. The effective date above will identify the current version.
