Characters scramble through deterministic alternate glyphs before resolving into a cinematic system message with no width shift.
- Identity studies
- Title treatments
- Type-led campaign moments
- Deterministic alternate glyphs scramble each character without changing width
- A synchronized binary lane exposes decode density beneath the message
- Clock rate and resolved contrast separate cadence from visual certainty
- The semantic source phrase remains available throughout every cipher state
- Every live control maps to the component's own motion and rendering contract
- The protected source is a complete portable React and CSS implementation
No animation package or external preview asset is required. Layout is container-scoped and decorative motion is disabled when reduced motion is requested.
Pointer, touch, horizontal trackpad and keyboard states use the same underlying component state.
Native landmarks and controls preserve reading order, visible focus and keyboard access. Motion never carries the only meaning.
