WHAT IT DOES

A legible headline fractures into short horizontal signal slices with restrained channel separation and a decisive reset.

BEST FOR
  • Identity studies
  • Title treatments
  • Type-led campaign moments
KEY FEATURES
  • A seeded fault event displaces horizontal raster bands without moving layout
  • Neutral, red, and cyan channels preserve a readable base through each fracture
  • Fault cadence and channel energy can be tuned without increasing displacement
  • Manual-only mode holds a restrained signal until the surface receives intent
  • Every live control maps to the component's own motion and rendering contract
  • The protected source is a complete portable React and CSS implementation
PERFORMANCE

Adaptive sampling, capped DPR and visibility-based suspension keep the renderer predictable. Test density on low-power mobile hardware before increasing it.

INTERACTION

Pointer and touch coordinates are container-scoped; offscreen renderers stop work and pixel ratio is capped.

ACCESSIBILITY

The visual canvas is decorative by default. Pair it with a semantic heading or description, and reduced motion holds a stable rendered frame.

SOURCE STATUS

Portable implementation included in the verified MIT open-source package.
